NYC Jobs Surge to All-Time High; Adams Touts Small Business Support
- New York City has set a new all-time high record for total jobs at over 4.7 million
- Nearly 300,000 jobs have been created since the start of the Adams administration
- The city launched a $75 million "Small Business Opportunity Fund" to provide affordable loans to small businesses
- Over 1,000 small businesses have received more than $85 million in loans so far from the fund
- Approximately 80% of the loans have gone to minority- or women-owned businesses
