Landrieu Leaves Infrastructure Role, Joins Biden Campaign
- Mitch Landrieu is stepping down as White House infrastructure coordinator and will join Biden's campaign as co-chair
- Natalie Quillian, currently Biden's deputy chief of staff, will take over leading the infrastructure team
- Landrieu joined the White House over 2 years ago in 2021 to implement the bipartisan infrastructure law
- As infrastructure coordinator, Landrieu traveled over 110,000 miles visiting 128 communities across the country
- Prior to the White House role, Landrieu served as New Orleans mayor from 2010-2018 and Louisiana lieutenant governor
