Pelosi Honors Trailblazing Senator Feinstein as San Francisco Mourns

Pelosi hugged Feinstein's casket as the senator lied in state in San Francisco on Wednesday. Feinstein died at age 90.

Feinstein was San Francisco's first female mayor from 1978-1988. She was a senator from 1992 until her death.

Many people are stopping by City Hall to honor Feinstein. Pelosi called her a "pioneering woman leader."

Feinstein made history in many ways. Biden said the country will benefit from her legacy.

Feinstein's daughter and granddaughter survived her. Her memorial is Thursday outside San Francisco City Hall.
