Naidu's Bail Plea on Health Grounds Rejected, Referred to Chief Justice Bench by Andhra HC

Telugu Desam Party president and former Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu sought interim bail from high court in skill development case.

Bail plea was on health grounds - Naidu required cataract surgery for right eye and treatment for other ailments.

High court judge Venkata Jyothirmayi Pratap rejected the bail plea and referred it to the Chief Justice bench.

Naidu's lawyers argued he required treatment from his personal doctors, so needed interim bail.

High court refused emergency hearing and postponed case to October 30 before Chief Justice bench.
