OnePlus Touts 'World's Best' Display for Upcoming OnePlus 12, Breaking 18 Records

OnePlus claims its upcoming OnePlus 12 will have the world's best smartphone display, breaking 18 DisplayMate records.

The OnePlus 12 will feature a 2K AMOLED panel made by BOE with high peak brightness, potentially up to 3,000 nits.

OnePlus says the display will have twice the lifespan and 13% better power efficiency compared to other AMOLEDs.

Details about the display were also shared for the OnePlus Ace 3, launching in China.

The claims are based on OnePlus' own testing so far, with no evidence shared by DisplayMate yet. The OnePlus 12 launch is expected after the Xiaomi 14 launch.
