Google slows original Pixel Watch charging speeds in firmware update

Original Pixel Watch now takes longer to charge after a firmware update from Google.

Charging time to 50% increased from 30 mins to 45 mins. 80% now takes 75 mins, up from 55 mins.

Full charge time went from 80 mins to 110 mins due to thermal concerns and reflecting real world experience.

The slower charging times are now listed on the Google Store specs for the original Pixel Watch.

The Pixel Watch 2 has faster charging thanks to a new chip and different charger design.
