Hamas, PIJ, and Hezbollah Received Over $134 Million in Cryptocurrency Donations Between 2021-2023, Israel Seeks to Freeze Accounts

Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and Hezbollah received over $134 million in cryptocurrency between August 2021 and June 2023.

Hamas received around $41 million in crypto during this period.

PIJ received $93 million in crypto between August 2021 and June 2023.

Crypto funds were also seized from Hezbollah's accounts on crypto exchange Binance in June.

Israel is working to freeze Hamas' crypto accounts used to solicit donations and fund terrorist activities.
