Palworld loses over 80% of players in a month but still exceeds almost all games on Steam
- Palworld has lost 84% of its peak 2.1 million concurrent players on Steam in one month, now peaking around 350,000
- Despite the steep drop, 350,000 concurrent players means it is still in Steam's top games, above almost everything except mega hits like Dota
- With 15 million copies sold at $30 each, Palworld has already brought in around $450 million revenue for the small dev team
- The game is focused on dealing with cheaters now but plans to add more content like PvE raids in the future
- Even with the sharp player count drop, Palworld is still performing incredibly well compared to other Steam games given its debut success
