Penn Engineering is launching the first Ivy League undergraduate degree program in artificial intelligence.

The new Bachelor of Science in Engineering in AI degree aims to prepare students to apply AI principles responsibly and ethically.

The program is made possible by a generous gift from Raj and Neera Singh to establish the Raj and Neera Singh Program in Artificial Intelligence.

The curriculum will offer advanced coursework in machine learning, algorithms, data analytics, robotics, and more.

Applications will be available in fall 2024 for existing Penn students to transfer into the program and in fall 2025 for new prospective students.
