Biden Addresses Memory Concerns After Critical Report, Decries 'Shrinkflation'

President Biden criticized companies for "shrinkflation" in a Super Bowl Sunday video, saying they are downsizing products but keeping prices the same.

Special Counsel Robert Hur released a report stating he declined to charge Biden over classified documents, calling him a "sympathetic, well-meaning elderly man with a poor memory."

The report said Biden demonstrated "significant limitations" with his memory, including forgetting details about his vice presidency and his son Beau's death.

Biden addressed the nation to push back against criticism of his memory, saying his memory is "fine" and he is the "most qualified person" to be president.

White House counsel requested Hur revise some of the language in the report that contained "pejorative comments" about Biden.
