Ada can use detective vision to see invisible footsteps on the floor that show the solution.
Follow the footsteps from the entrance to see which exhibit was visited first, second, and third.
The order is Scarab/Beetle (left), Cow head (middle), Lizard (right).
Enter the symbols in that order to unlock the case and get the Blue Butterfly item.
There are a lot of puzzles to solve in the Resident Evil 4 remake Separate Ways DLC.
