Mimran said he paid for Netanyahu's vacations in luxury locations and hotels.

Mimran claimed to have bought Netanyahu expensive watches and covered large bills.

Mimran boasted of using his connections, including with Netanyahu, for business dealings.

Mimran was convicted in two separate financial fraud cases in France.
