Sam Bankman-Fried's lawyers say he may testify at his criminal trial, but lack of access to his ADHD medication is complicating the decision.

Bankman-Fried is supposed to get 3-4 doses of Adderall daily, but currently only gets 1 dose from prison authorities.

His lawyer says without full access to Adderall, Bankman-Fried can't concentrate at his normal level.

The defense may ask for a one-day break in the trial to address the medication issue.

Bankman-Fried's lawyer has proposed personally providing the medication if the prison can't adequately provide it.
