Samsung Adds 4TB Capacity to 990 PRO Series - Samsung US Newsroom

Samsung released new 4TB models of its 990 PRO and 990 PRO with Heatsink SSDs, offering increased speed and capacity for gaming and creative work.
The new SSDs feature Samsung's eighth-generation 3D V-NAND technology and an improved controller for fast sequential read/write speeds up to 7,450/6,900 MB/s.
Random read/write speeds are up to 1,600K/1,550K IOPS, delivering smooth gameplay and fast loading.
A single-sided M.2 form factor allows the 4TB SSDs to fit into ultra-slim laptops.
Available October 2023 starting at $344.99 MSRP for the 990 PRO and $354.99 for the 990 PRO with Heatsink.
