Samsung Holds Onto Smartphone Market Lead Despite Shipment Declines; Apple, Xiaomi Follow in Top 3

Samsung was the top smartphone brand in Q3 2023 with a 20% market share despite a 13% shipment decline.

Apple was second with a 16% market share and 9% shipment decline.

Xiaomi ranked third with 12% market share and 15% shipment decline.

OPPO and Vivo each had 8% market share with 15% and 14% shipment declines respectively.

Huawei, Honor and Tecno were the only brands with shipment growth year-over-year.
