Disgraced former Ohio House Speaker gets portrait hung in statehouse despite corruption scandal
- Former Ohio House Speaker Cliff Rosenberger resigned in 2018 amid an FBI investigation into his travel with payday lending lobbyists
- 6 years later, Rosenberger will return to the statehouse for the unveiling of his official portrait
- His successor as Speaker, Larry Householder, was convicted of racketeering and sentenced to 20 years in prison
- Householder had ordered the removal of former Speaker JoAnn Davidson's portrait from the House chamber
- The decision on where to display Rosenberger's portrait will be made by current Speaker Jason Stephens and House Clerk Brad Young
