Iowa man to auction off massive classic car collection spanning decades
-
Roger Sorenson has collected over 150 classic cars over several decades, starting at age 14 when he traded a horse for a Model A Ford.
-
The collection is now parked at the Adams County Speedway in Iowa and is becoming a tourist destination.
-
The cars range from Chevys to Packards, some in good shape and some quite worn out.
-
At age 78, Sorenson has decided to downsize and will auction off most of the collection this weekend, keeping just a few.
-
The auction will take place Saturday at the racetrack in Corning, Iowa, with bidding both onsite and online.
