The Spider-Man you aren't controlling will still exist in the open world. You may see them swinging around or stopping crimes.
You can join the other Spider-Man if you see them dealing with criminals. The two can team up.
The other Spider-Man may also join you if you are in the middle of a crime.
The ability to play as two Spider-Men and team up makes for a cool gameplay experience.
