Stellantis and Samsung Plan 2nd $3.2B EV Battery Plant in Indiana, Adding 1,400 Jobs

Stellantis and Samsung SDI are building a 2nd EV battery plant in Kokomo, Indiana with $3.2 billion investment.

The 2nd plant will create 1,400 additional jobs, bringing the total to 2,800 jobs between the two plants.

The first plant is on track to open in early 2025, the second in 2027.
