Carl's Jr. and KFC ranked second and third for fastest drive-thru service, at just over 5 minutes wait time.

Chick-Fil-A was found to have the longest average drive-thru wait time at over 7 minutes.

The study analyzed wait times at 1,491 U.S. fast food locations during various times of day.

Chick-Fil-A ranked highest for customer service satisfaction, while Taco Bell and Arby's also scored well.
