It's very gory with lots of blood, guts, jump scares, and chase scenes. Not for the faint of heart.

The game starts rough but improves after the first few hours. Worth playing through the 10-12 hour storyline.

It has some dated design choices but has been updated with new modes like first-person view and infinite ammo.
