Google rolling out Wear OS 4 update to Pixel Watch and Galaxy Watches, bringing new features like watch-to-phone transfers without reset

- Wear OS 4 will let users transfer watch to new phone without factory reset
- Tiles revamped with new animations in Wear OS 4
- New Watch Face Format feature developed with Samsung
- Google will no longer roll out Pixel updates on first Monday each month
- Updates will now release when ready after necessary testing
