Meta Adds Post Editing and Voice Messages to Threads App, But No Edit History Yet
- Meta is rolling out edit and voice features for Threads
- You won't need a subscription to edit posts for 5 minutes after publishing
- Edited posts will have an icon next to the timestamp
- You can't see edit histories like on X
- Meta currently has no plans to add edit histories
- I was able to make a voice post on Threads
- You can listen to voice posts and text is highlighted as it's spoken
- Twitter introduced audio tweets in 2020 and captions later
