Toyota Recalls Over 750,000 Highlanders for Faulty Front Bumper Tabs
-
Toyota is recalling over 750,000 Highlanders from 2020-2023 models due to faulty tabs securing the front bumper.
-
The tabs could detach after minor impact, causing parts to fall off and become road hazards.
-
Toyota will notify owners by late December to check if their vehicle is affected at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
-
Dealers will inspect and either improve hardware to better secure covers, or replace bumper covers if damaged.
-
Improved hardware will be added along with replaced bumper covers to better secure them.
