Investment firms accuse Trump Media board member Eric Swider of hacking into their files to try to oust CEO Patrick Orlando in an attempted "corporate coup"
The firms allege Swider enlisted former Orlando assistant Alexander Cano to access a storage account with sensitive company information
Swider allegedly used the stolen files to email "false and defamatory claims" about Orlando to company shareholders
Swider denied the allegations, saying Orlando voted for Cano's compensation and that he never hired Cano
The lawsuit is one of several messy legal disputes plaguing Trump Media since its merger to take the company public
