United Airlines Rolls Out New Boarding Order to Try to Save 2 Minutes

United Airlines will debut a new boarding order next week to try to save 2 minutes off the boarding process.

The new order will let economy passengers with window seats board first, followed by middle seats, then aisle seats.

The change starts October 26 on all domestic flights and some international flights.

United said boarding times have increased by up to 2 minutes since 2019.

Airlines often tweak boarding to try to speed up the process, rewarding frequent flyers and high spenders with early boarding.
