Verizon Launches Discounted $20 Internet for Low-Income Families

Verizon Forward offers discounted home internet plans starting at $20/month, with additional discounts for eligible new customers

New subscribers can get the $20/month plan for free for the first 6 months

Eligibility requires having received a Pell Grant in the past year or qualifying for certain assistance programs

Speeds range from 300Mbps up to 2Gbps depending on the plan

The discounted plans will continue despite the Affordable Connectivity Program ending soon
