Walmart is changing job titles and pay structure for corporate staff starting in November. The changes will mostly impact titles and compensation.

Some staff will get new job titles but their roles, responsibilities, work type and base pay will stay the same.

Walmart is also updating bonus targets and stock compensation plans. About 4% of staff will see reduced stock targets.
