Mienfoo and Mienshao from Gen 5 can be found in the new Scarlet & Violet DLC area Kitakami.
Mienfoo is found in rocky areas like Wistful Fields and Oni Mountain in Kitakami.
Mienshao doesn't appear in the wild, you have to evolve Mienfoo which is always over level 50.
Mienfoo evolves into Mienshao at level 50 in the DLC instead of much higher in the base games.
