Build Crew Stations at Outposts and assign crew to see all your Outposts listed in the Crew menu.
You can have up to 8 Outposts by default, increased to 24 by leveling Planetary Habitation to 4.
Outposts allow lots of customization like Settlements in Fallout 4.
