Over a dozen Democratic senators, including Cory Booker, have called on Menendez to resign.

The indictment alleges the Menendezes accepted bribes from NJ businessmen to benefit Egypt.

Menendez has refused to resign, saying he'll keep voting in the Senate as Schumer needs his votes.
